Jatin Agarwal, CEO Konark-Karia Builders was looking at celebrating the 40-year-old legacy and cementing the position as Pune’s prime luxury developers. We devised a Marketing & PR strategy that focused on that very aspect and garnered attention on the brand’s real estate projects.

For the launch of Konark-Karia Builders’ upcoming project, Imperial was transformed into an experience showcasing the finest cigars, humidors and single malt whiskies on one level while the other was restyled into an art gallery displaying the artworks of SH Raza, Jehangir Sabavala, Ram Kumar, Paritosh Sen and the likes. Guests were greeted to euphonious music by saxophonist Rhys while the appetizers were an epicurean’s delight delectably prepared by Joss.
Pune’s elite convened to witness the grand opening of the Imperial hosted by Jatin Agarwal. In attendance were Designer Narendra Kumar, Veteran Actress Bindu, Adar Poonawalla, Michelle & Yohan Poonawalla, Mustafa & Ruksana Eisa and the likes.
