How a feature on Curly Tales amplified customer engagement for August Café
One of the recurring and ongoing events is the Coffee Rave, hosted by August Café in partnership with X & Zero, LBB, and Troopr, a morning filled with movement, music, and that first hit of coffee-fuelled energy.
For a special edition in August, we hosted a Friendship Day Coffee Rave. As we continued building the momentum, we invited the Curly Tales team to join in. They experienced the rave the way anyone would, coffee in hand, music slipping into the room, the café waking up with its familiar early-hour hum. Their coverage offered a gentle lift in visibility, placing the event in front of audiences already drawn to discovering new experiences in the city.
What followed was a clear rise in customer engagement. The next rave filled up faster than usual, with a mix of loyal regulars and curious first-timers who discovered the concept through that single feature. Footfall increased, conversations lingered, and the buzz extended beyond the café’s existing community.
For X & Zero, it came down to a simple truth: when a place is already loved, visibility simply helps more people find it. And that’s how the Coffee Rave grew, shaped by a strong idea, real trust, and steady, thoughtful work.
